The political activist Ai Wei Wei often takes to the social media platform Instagram to promote issues from around the world he is strongly unfenced by, posting photos of Syrian refugees for example shows people all around the world how though over looked these problems are still ever present. This platform for communication is something very different from what I have looked at previously and including examples of political art on social media platforms would be a provocative theme to include in my magazine. Each image here shows very different things in connection with social and poetical issues that Ai Wei Wei feels strongly about. How I display these images will be a challenge but could create some interesting results.
